New Year’s Eve 2016

Antica Torretta’s Chef and his staff will prepare a special menu for who will decide to celebrate the New Year’s Eve in our restaurant:

 

Starters

Lobster salad with Cauliflower, Fresh Spinach and Passion Fruit

Golden Scallops on Lessinia Chestnuts Cream, Bacon Powder and drops of Modena’s Balsamic Vinegar “30 years”

First Course

Ricotta Gnocchi with Black Truffle and Noisette Butter

Creamy Potato Ravioli with Morels and Mascarpone Foam

Second Course (to be chosen between)

Turbot Fillet, stuffed with Gambero Rosso di Sicilia, on Shellfish Stew

Chateaubriand with Finely Sliced Black Truffle and Rosemary Roasted Potatoes

Dessert

Dark Chocolate Soufflé with Soft Center and Bourbon Vanilla Sauce

The dinner will start at 8.00 pm and will cost  € 110,00 for each person. Wine and drinks are not included.
