Exactly twenty years since Manuel first began dedicating his heart, talent, and energy to Antica Torretta.
Two decades of hospitality, smiles, overcome challenges, and massive achievements. If our restaurant has become a benchmark and a special place in the hearts of so many people, it is above all thanks to his tireless dedication.
Even though his professional path now frequently takes him abroad, his bond with Antica Torretta and all of us remains unbreakable. Manuel is, and always will be, the soul and the core pillar of this great story.
Today, we want to say an immense, infinite THANK YOU.
