Antica Torretta official sponsor of the Festival della Bellezza

From 1 to 11 June and then on 30 and 31 August, one of Verona’s most important cultural events will take place, the Festival della Bellezza 2017 [festival of beauty]. Featuring art, history, music and philosophy, it will offer a unique opportunity to reflect on the great themes for humankind, together with eminent guests.

If culture is food for the mind and spirit, in Verona the table is more sumptuously laid than a wedding banquet. The first of June sees the start of the Festival della Bellezza – “I maestri dello spirito” [festival of beauty – masters of the spirit], a series of theatrical, musical and multimedia events that all offer reflections on humankind, the allure of beauty and the emotional power of words.

Toni Servillo, Umberto Galimberti, Vittorio Sgarbi, Ute Lemper and Philippe Daverio are just some of the names that will be taking a turn on the stage at the Roman Theatre and in the Gardens of Palazzo Giusti. And what better way to close the festival than with a double concert in the Arena with maestro Ennio Morricone, on 30 and 31 August.

Ristorante Antica Torretta is proud to be an official sponsor of the event, organized by the IDEM association in Verona. We share the conception of beauty as a vital stimulus, something to be constantly sought, a journey that always offers magnificent surprises. And we believe that beauty should be celebrated not only with the eyes, but with all our senses. Taste and smell included.

The complete programme of events and all information on how to take part can be found on the festival’s official website.
