Antica Torretta’s Chef, Olimpio Brunelli, and his staff will prepare a special menu for who will decide to celebrate the New Year’s Eve in our restaurant:

Starters

· “Grisa” Chicken Egg, Parmisan Fondue, Morel Mushrooms and Brioches Bread

· Pistachios Tuna Tataki, Avocado Cream and Watercress

· Duck Fois Gras Escalope with reduced Sauternes Wine, Lentils and Chestnut Chips

First courses

· Alaskan King Crab Tortelli, Artichokes and Sorrento Cedar

· Black Truffle Ricotta Gnocchi and Noisette butter

Second courses
(a choice between)

· John Dory Filet with Taggiasche Olives, Piennolo Tomatoes from Vesuvio and Soy Bean

· Black Angus Chateaubriand with backed Potatoes and Black Garlic Sauce

Pre-dessert

· Lemon Cream and Yogurt Espuma

· A Creamy Vanilla, Chocolate Crumble, Green Apple and Chestnut
