Not far from the historic center of Verona, in the heart of the Torricelle, you can count hundreds of centuries-old olive trees, clinging to the crest of the hill and supported by ancient dry stone walls. It is from our olive grove that we produce the Extra Virgin Olive Oil that you find as a condiment in our dishes!
We give you some advice for when you can savor it again: pour a few drops of oil on a slice of bread (strictly made by us), and you will smell all the aromas that characterize it!
