New, superior wines have been given a special place on our wine list. Simply take a seat at your favourite table, and leave it to us to introduce them to you.

Sassicaia, Ornellaia, Trimbach, names that speak of great wine-growing traditions. These are just some of the many superior labels that we have selected for our new wine list.
Our sommelier Manuel will be delighted to spend some time at your table telling you all about them. Because wine is more than just a drink, it should be tasted, understood, and above all, shared.

Wine can take you to far-flung places, without ever needing to travel. A scent or a lingering flavour in the mouth is enough to rekindle our memories of happy evenings, time spent drinking and thinking with others.

Sassicaia.
This is one of Italy’s finest wines, the most important in the “Bordeaux” style. It is renowned throughout the world, and is only produced in the age-old vineyards of the Tenuta San Guido estate in the village of Bolgheri (LI). In our cellar you will find precious bottles containing the special vintages 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013.

Marchesi di Barolo.
For 200 years the Antiche Cantine dei Marchesi di Barolo have been producing a magical Barolo. Created in the Langhe region, among the castles and gently rolling hills, it has the aroma of violets and cinnamon, leather and truffles. In the mouth it is velvety and enfolding, excellent with red meats or as a sipping wine. Our new wine list offers the historic vintages 1985, 1990 and 1995.

Amarone Bertani.
From the heart of Valpolicella, on the hills of the Tenuta Novare estate, comes a timeless wine. The vineyards of Corvina and Rondinella grapes are dedicated to raisining, and the artisanal production method has remained unchanged since 1958. The wine is aged in large barrels for no less than six years, making it one of the longest-lived reds in the world.

Terlano.
This rare pearl comes from the South Tyrol. Terlaner 1991 Rarity is a universally unique pinot bianco that challenges eternity: bottled in 2016 by the Cantina Terlano after a long resting time of 25 years. It offers all the finest features of its terroir of origin, and its flavour is stunningly young, despite its age.

Solaia.
This is one of Italy’s very finest and most expensive wines. It has been produced since 1978 by Marchesi Antinori, from a hillside vineyard measuring some 20 hectares in the heart of the Chianti Classico DOC region, on the Tenuta Tignanello estate. It is the fruit of constant experimentation with Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Sangiovese grapes. Our cellar is home to the vintages 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007.

Corte Canella.
Country tradition and technological innovation. Corte Canella is a young winery, established in 2009, and right from the word go it has put the whole character of Valpolicella into its wines. A land ripe with history and scents, sensations and colours, as well as with men and women who know their vines intimately and tend them with their own hands. And they are still as moved and touched as they were the very first time.

Ornellaia.
The breeze from the Mediterranean and the rolling hills around Livorno caress the vines that give life to this special wine. The historic Tenuta Ornellaia estate produces a rich, elegant red, structured and robust in the mouth, that goes well with dishes centred around foie gras and black truffle. Our wine list includes the vintages 2001, 2002, 2003 and 2004.

Trimbach.
Clos Sainte Hune is the icon of the Riesling wine produced by this artisanal Maison in Alsace, one of the most important in France. In it you will find tropical overtones such as mango and passion fruit, together with the scent of the sea and of citrus fruits. It can age for as long as 20 years.
